I feel like it's a crock of s*** because it's another avenue of "advice" to make a women completely submissive and always playing "the game" to keep her man interested. At what point do women get to be themselves?? They mentioned cooking and keeping a clean house. I can't cook, but I work my ass off and provide financially. Misogynistic crap.
Just a brief compilation of several books I've read
It was information that I already knew just don't use other than how to tell if he's lying.
Same old same old from this author.
This book is more like a practical guide to thinking in every day life; it is not about how to attract a man. It is more like tips to making sure you have the right guy and your own self esteem. I got the feeling that they just titled it to sell, but I was disappointed.
I expected a more focused plan, and not one that would basically just say to not rock the boat and put up with his s***...that's not all of what it said, but I found it to verging on suggesting submission/subordination, with religious threads.
I began reading this book and was very disappointed by the roles placed on women. "She is also thought of as weak if she chooses to support him and lift up his confidence. The problem with that is; it goes contrary to the role women were designed for and it also takes away the role of a man."
I am not designed for a mans support. I can choose to give that to a man deserving of it.
